Refund Policy for eSIMs
We have a 30-day refund policy for eSIMs, which means you have 30 days after purchasing your eSIM to request a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your eSIM must be unused and unactivated. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your refund is accepted, we will process your request, and the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exceptions / Non-refundable Items
eSIMs that have been activated or have expired cannot be refunded. Please ensure that you do not activate the eSIM if you intend to request a refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request a refund for the eSIM you have and then make a separate purchase for the new eSIM.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the eSIM is purchased within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As mentioned above, your eSIM must be unused and unactivated, and you’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund Process
We will notify you once we’ve reviewed your refund request and let you know if it has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you still haven’t received it, please contact us at support@globelinkmobile.com.
Note: eSIMs are digital products and therefore cannot be physically damaged. If you experience any technical issues with your eSIM, please reach out to our support team for assistance.
